Service Fulfillment Policy

La Casita NY provides event planning, coordination, consulting, and related professional services. All services are delivered digitally, in person, or on the scheduled event date.

La Casita NY does not sell or ship physical products. As such, no shipping or delivery of tangible goods is involved in any service offering.

Fulfillment is deemed to occur when any portion of the contracted services has commenced. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Consultations or planning meetings

• Event planning or coordination work

• Vendor outreach or design preparation

• On-site event services

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timely communication, and access to required information. Delays or issues caused by the client do not constitute non-fulfillment of services.
