Refund & Cancellation Policy

La Casita NY provides event planning, coordination, and related professional services. Due to the nature of these services, all payments made to La Casita NY are final and
non-refundable.

Event planning services require advance scheduling, time investment, and resource allocation. As such, no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or exchanges will be issued once payment has been submitted.

Client-initiated cancellations do not release the client from payment obligations. Failure to attend scheduled meetings, provide required information, or fully utilize services does not qualify for a refund.

Requests to reschedule consultations or meetings may be considered at La Casita NY’s discretion and are subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

In the event La Casita NY must cancel services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule services or provide an alternative solution. Refunds will not be issued.
